Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To begin a return, please reach out to us through the contact page on our website. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

 

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

 

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

 

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

 

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.

 

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
